Services

Taanyak Solutions provides workflow automation, KPI dashboards, system integration, and continuous optimization services ("Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are agreed upon separately via a project proposal or service agreement.

Retainer plans

Our retainer plans (Care, Optimize, Partner) are billed monthly or annually as selected. Key terms:

Plans include managed hosting, backups, bug fixes, and the features listed on our pricing page.
The Founding 30 offer (development fee waived) applies to the first 30 clients and is subject to availability.
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Annual plans are billed upfront at a 15% discount. Refunds for unused months are not provided after the first 30 days.

Data ownership

Your data: You retain full ownership of all business data processed through systems we build for you.
Our work: Systems, workflows, and dashboards are provided as a managed service by default. Source code buyout is available upon request at an agreed fee.
Backups: We maintain regular backups of hosted systems. Data export is available upon request.

Intellectual property

The Taanyak Solutions website, brand, dashboards, and content are owned by Taanyak Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Website use

The ROI calculator, blog content, and dashboard demos are provided for informational purposes only.
Calculator estimates are based on general assumptions and do not constitute a guarantee of savings.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taanyak Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business data, workflows, or operational details with any third party without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
